The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the staff was not very friendly. The rooms felt claustrophobically small. Despite these drawbacks, the location was excellent and extremely spacious with great views, making me feel extremely safe while traveling with my daughters. The dining experience was good but could have been better. The facilities were on point.

The hotel was in an upscale area by Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove, close to Coco Walk and Coconut Grove restaurants and shops. Despite being in storm season, the location felt extremely safe and spacious with great views.

The hotel rooms, despite being smaller than most Courtyard hotels I've stayed in, appeared clean. Unfortunately, my reservation was unexpectedly canceled by the hotel without any information on relocating me to another property.

The service was really nice and accommodating. I did have an issue with my reservation not being found initially, but the manager helped track it down. The staff, from the check-in desk to valet services and the food area, was wonderful and very friendly.

The upscale area where the hotel is located felt extremely safe, which was important as I was traveling with my daughters. Having several parks across from the hotel was a bonus, making it nice for families.

The rooms were huge and very clean with a beautiful view, but unfortunately, my reservation was canceled last minute without any information on being relocated to another property.
